Over the last 18+ months, employees have faced unprecedented challenges resulting in a significant impact on the mental health of many of us. We’ve all felt stress throughout this pandemic, an understandable dynamic that’s showing up inside the workplace as well as outside of the workplace. A recent study conducted by Robert Half shows that 44% of employees feel more burned out now than they did a year ago, which saw an increase of 34% from a similar poll conducted the year before!  These levels of burnout can lead employees to feel fatigued, overwhelmed, and unable to perform at their best.
