About Jim
Jim joined R3 in 2013. He has an MBA in finance from the University of Minnesota and is both a CPA (inactive) and Certified Internal Auditor. He is responsible for all facets of the business, including sales, quality, clinical & behavioral services, business development, HR & client services. Prior to R3, Jim was VP at Benesyst, where he was responsible for client relationships & operations. He has an extensive background in the healthcare & financial services industries, including leadership roles at Ameriprise and United Health Group. Jim is a leader who encourages internal and external collaboration to ensure R3 delivers on its core purpose of making tomorrow better than today by helping people thrive. His entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude, & strategic mind is at the heart of R3’s success. Jim is a 2023 recipient of the prestigious EY Heartland Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
