About Danae
Danae brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in the behavioral health industry to her role at R3, where she oversees sales, marketing, and strategic customer partnerships. Her career has been defined by helping Fortune 500 companies design and implement employee wellbeing programs that drive measurable improvements in organizational health and performance. Before joining R3, Danae held senior leadership positions that accelerated growth and strengthened client loyalty. Danae holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Metro State University’s College of Business and Management. She also serves as Chapter Director for Elevate Her Network in St. Paul, where she actively mentors and empowers women in their personal and professional journeys.
