About Katie
Katie Doyen has been a pivotal member of R3’s HR team since 2016. In her role as Director of Human Resources Katie oversees talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. Known for building inclusive cultures and aligning HR strategies with business goals, Katie is passionate about empowering teams, fostering connection, purpose, and long-term success for both employees and the organization. She is a strong advocate for continuous improvement, always seeking innovative ways to enhance HR practices that elevate R3’s employee experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Winona State University and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University, St. Paul.
