Workplace MVP: Drew Sewell - CKS Packaging

Drew Sewell, COO of CKS Packaging, experienced a compelling call to confront the sources of the problems of drug dealing, prostitution, and crime affecting the area near his company’s Atlanta headquarters. That calling led to the successful development of second chance hiring program for formerly incarcerated individuals at CKS Packaging, and a non-profit which serves hunger and other needs in the community. Drew joined host Jamie Gassmann to share his inspiring story and offer advice to other companies contemplating their own second chance hiring program.
