Looking Back on EAPA 2019
October 4, 2019
As always we had a wonderful time at EAPA 2019 this year. While we had a lot going on, it was important to us to stop by and listen to as many sessions as we possibly could. We noticed a few new topics pop up that we found extremely interesting. The growing topics of how EAP’s have the ability to help many different markets. There were a few different speakers discussing women in the workplace, which was very enlightening as well as our own panels, focusing on millennial’s and what EAP’s mean to them and how they view them, as well as how the LGBTQ community can be helped by EAP’s and what the workplace is like for them.
The day before the conference we released our new R3SILIENCY App. It provides all levels of an organization access to on demand behavioral health support, disruptive event self-care education and immediate access to crisis response coordinators.
