R3c Makes SHRM 2019 Debut to Demo New Crisis Response App

LAS VEGAS – SHRM (Booth #1670) – June 23-25, 2019 – At the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) 2019 Annual Conference, R3 Continuum (R3c), a specialty behavioral health company, will be conducting pre-launch demos of its new R3SILIENCY app, set to launch in July 2019. The app will provide immediate support to all levels of an organization in the aftermath of a disruptive event in the workplace. For organizational leadership it assesses an organization’s readiness level and provides immediate access to R3c’s crisis response coordinators 24/7/365. Additionally, R3c will be offering a complimentary copy of its book BLINDSIDED: A Manager’s Guide to Crisis Leadership for any attendees who visit their booth, number 1670. The book provides real-world examples that outline the leadership skills, quick decision-making and characteristics that are required of any manager to ensure they are responding to a disruptive event effectively and humanely.
