LAS VEGAS – SHRM (Booth #1670) – June 23-25, 2019 – At the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) 2019 Annual Conference, R3 Continuum (R3c), a specialty behavioral health company, will be conducting pre-launch demos of its new R3SILIENCY app, set to launch in July 2019. The app will provide immediate support to all levels of an organization in the aftermath of a disruptive event in the workplace. For organizational leadership it assesses an organization’s readiness level and provides immediate access to R3c’s crisis response coordinators 24/7/365. Additionally, R3c will be offering a complimentary copy of its book BLINDSIDED: A Manager’s Guide to Crisis Leadership for any attendees who visit their booth, number 1670. The book provides real-world examples that outline the leadership skills, quick decision-making and characteristics that are required of any manager to ensure they are responding to a disruptive event effectively and humanely.

For employers, their people are their business. It’s critical we equip leaders in times of crisis to best support their teams to remain resilient and thrive,” said R3 Continuum President, Jim Mortensen. We couldn’t be more excited to demo our new app for HR professionals to have at their fingertips. SHRM is the perfect place for us to debut this technology and to help organizational leadership obtain great tools to protect and cultivate the wellbeing of their people.
