In the aftermath of a Potentially Disruptive Event, (PDE), it is easy to recognize that people grieve for the loss of a colleague or other tangible items. What is often overlooked though are the intangibles that also may be lost, like a sense of safety, or loss of sense of control of the situation or ones reactions to it. This edition of Inside Crisis deals with the topic of how grief might be underlying these losses too.
